One verified passport for every student and skilled worker.
The National Skill Passport (NSP) registers students, apprentices, skilled workers and professionals, assigns a globally unique NSP ID, and issues a tamper-evident PVC card and certificate that any employer or authority can verify in seconds.
1 · Register
Students, apprentices, skilled workers and professionals complete a six-step application: identity, contact, education (ISCED), skills (ISCO-08 / NVQF-EQF), languages (CEFR), experience and consent.
2 · Verify & Issue
Registry officers check documents, confirm skills evidence and issue the passport. Every record gets an NSP ID with an ISO 7064 check character; cards carry an ICAO-style machine-readable zone.
3 · Verify anywhere
Employers scan the QR on the card or certificate. The Ed25519 signature is checked against the registry's published key, and live status (valid, suspended, expired, revoked) is returned.
